RUBBISH
arrived promptly and got it out of the box followed the instructions on the cd and entered all the relevent information got the green wi/fi light on and selected a photo to print thats when it all went down the pan. Wouldnt print and got errors gallore.check this and check that/turn this off/turn that on.After 2 days of that i give up. Its RUBBISH got to fanny about sending it back now. NO STARS

Large and clunky but cheap!
Didn't arrive with software so had to download drivers for vista, but apart from this was easy to install. It is larger than expected, and quite heavy. The print quality is not great. But it is good enough for our needs, the scanner and copier work well and it is an excellent price for a wireless printer. However, there is a bug with vista where only 1 page will print - a patch is available from the lexmark site.

ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT - MEGA PAIN GETTING IT RETURNED OR REFUNDED
Ordered this on 23rd September, desperately needing a WIFI printer for my Masters thesis I am writing - inspite of the negative comments on here I still bought one from here. Arrived on time, good looking printer, easy to set up EXCEPT AFTER 5 MINUTES it automatically powered off and has NEVER WORKED. Contacted seller and Lexmark ( several times) , all I want now is my money returned and defective product removed from my home. I have now purchased a DELL wifi. Warning : if you get a faulty machine, you will get a lot of instructions on how to troubleshoot - to no avail in my case. ALL I WANT IS A WORKING WIFI PRINTER - this one totally rubbish -UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Fantastic multi-function printer
This is an excellent all-round printer, suitable for any home printing/scanning/copying need. The installation process is extremely straight forward, and the software guides you through the set-up process step-by-step. I had the printer up and running on my main computer within 15 minutes of opening the box.

I have just printed a 10megapixel photo, and the full A4 sized result is faultless. The print took approximately 3 minutes, but this was on the highest quality setting, so is to be expected.

I've also tested out the scanner, which is easy to operate and seems amazingly fast compared to the terrible HP all-in-one I owned before this one.

If you're looking for an easy to use all-in-one printer, and decent quality home photo printing, this printer is ideal, and very reasonably priced.

They all should be this easy
The ease of setting up this Lexmark printer was a pleasant surprise, being a network engineer I know how difficult setting up a wireless printer can be. I downloaded the latest drivers and software from the web site and followed the instructions; the only exception was entering the MAC address of the printer in to my router before I installed it. It connected the first time, it is quiet and quick the copy function is also quick. Having had Lexmark printers in the past I hope this will be as reliable as them as I am fed up of having to change printers annually.
