300 was a big dissappointment, as it was made just before the advent of BluRay Hi-Def the highly touched up skin tones constantly shimmer making it hard to what the main characters for any length of time. It looks like they ODed on fake tan and the cameras just couldn't handle the effect. 300 [Blu-ray] [2007]

Pathetic
300 is maybe the worst film I've ever seen. Actually I didn't watch it till the end because the film was so bad. If all you want to watch is pumped-up bodybuilders fighting in a studio with a computer-generated background, this is the film for you. What a waste of money and time. If you want to see a great film about ancient Greek wars, watch Troy.

Fantastic film, saw at cinema but watching on blueray makes it more intense, film quality wonderful, wife hated it, apart from Gerrad Bulter!!! Probably one for the boys, father in law loved it (in his 70's!!)

No. This is a bargain! br / br /Zack Snyder's faithful adaptation of Frank Miller's seminal comic series is easily one of the most visually stunning films to be released in recent years and absolutely made for Blu-ray. Gerard Butler is excellent as the Spartan King Leonidas leading 300 of Sparta's finest into battle against the Persian hordes of the 'God King' Xerxes. The incredible, stylized action scenes are offset by political wrangling as Queen Gorgo (the gorgeous Lena Headey) desperately tries to convince the Spartan council to send troops to support the 300 on their nigh impossible mission. br / br /Spending less than £20 on a Blu-ray disc isn't bad but for such a sensational film? It's a no brainer. Sex, violence, a legendary, action packed story-line and a wonderful cast - do yourself a favor and add this to your collection today!
