"The Origin of the Species"
This fourth Volume in the Guyver Series contains episodes 13 - 16. br / br /Sho and Makashima set off without the rest of the group to rescue Sho's dad. After the father and son moments from the previous volume, there's more of the same here as Sho is consoled by his father as he breaks down. But their relationship is changed beyond anything they expected when Enzyme II makes an appearance. br / br /This is a volume as the whole feel of the series changes after Sho ends up badly injured and the Guyver unit runs on autopilot for a while. We see the introduction of Zoalords and the divisions which have started to destabilise Chronos. We begin to understand the epic timescales involved which have led to this point in time and also learn about the history of Zoanoids, Guyver Units, even the origins of our own species. The explanation even ties in the series to our own `real world' folklore. br / br /In a nutshell: This is the most important set of episodes since Vol. 1. The story is turned up-side-down and what seemed like a repetitive series of `capture and rescue' takes a dark turn. If this is the first time you've experienced Guyver then you'll be unsure of what's ahead. Anything can happen now..... br /

Bio Boosted Armored Guyver
Once you start watching you fall into the trap of not being able to stop, just like the original! The new and revamped Guyver this time has a full 26 episodes unlike the original 12 from the early '90'. Not as bloody as the original but just as addictive :-) br /I have completed my collection Vol 1-7(US) and you will be glad to hear that you have more to look forward to as there will be more twists, stronger Zoanoids, harder Zoalords and a little suprize from Sho (Guyver 1)
