If you want a piece of equipment to last no more than a month then this is for you! I bought one and after 3 weeks the resistnace bands splintered without me getting anywhere near to full resistance. Amazon replaced it free of charge and the second one has gone exactly the same way. Iam no muscle bound hunk, just a regular guy.
Spend a bit more and get a Bullworker.
Ive tried contacting Golds Gym to complain but their customer service is non-exsistant!
