Great conversion tool
This software is fantastic! It has helped me convert video's to iphone whilst allowing me to back up my photo's and music to a stand alone hardrive.

Very useful & works well with iLife
This is a great utility for copying as well as creating music CDs & photo slideshows with animation. It's also very cool for backing up & converting video formats including EyeTV onto your Ipod, PSP etc. I've not had any of the problems mentioned by other reviewers. I read the Mac magazines first which recommended it & they were right!

Waste of money
I bought this for converting home made DVDs to iPod. Fat chance. It doesn't recognise the Macs drive.

Roxio customer support is terrible. No reply for over a week. Gave me 10% off another purchase for completing a survey about their customer service. As if I'd buy their stuff again!

Couldn't even get started
Bought this because of its supposedly legendary CD/DVD burning abilities, but - and this is hugely unusual for a Mac- couldn't even get it to install. It just kept crashing the (brand new) computer every time I tried. Returned it for a refund. It's not the first time I've had problems with Roxio software, though it will certainly be the last. Life's too short.
