enchanting
I've been intrigued and fascinated by this type of music for a while and decided to actually buy some. Superb sound and filled that gap for me. Probably (!) won't buy anything similar - but would recommend this title.

Visit a monestary
I like chants but they sond better when you're there, also this got a bit tedious after a while. This isn't the sort of music that makes a good album.

The Chanting Monks
My wife wanted this CD for meditating to. I find it melodic but monotonous. I still prefer nature sounds or silence during meditation. She, however, thinks it's pretty and enjoys the monotone quality as relaxing.

Listen to some of this before buying. It's quite different from what you might hear in England. If you like Credo 3 it may not be to your taste.

They were 20 weeks in the Swiss charts, 34 (!) weeks in the Austrian charts, 49 (!!) weeks in the French charts, 27 weeks in the Spanish charts, and even in New Zealand they were there 31 weeks in the charts. - The chants are # 154 in the ranking list of the all-time best.
