Finally in English
The best game in the series so far. I have played IX, X and XI and this appears to be the best one with balance on grand-strategy and role-playing element.

SANGOKUSHI!
Improve on a classic? One can surely try. And in cases such as the legendary Japanese game company KOEI, success is rewarding.

Ever since the legendary NOBUNAGA's AMBITION, KOEI releases quality TurnBased Strategy games that will absorb you for hours. Contrary to NOBUNAGA's Japanese setting, ROMANCE XI is set on the backdrop of the Chinese wars for domination.

If a friend of the series, expect no break with tradition. Graphics and minor gameplay points have improved. It is better looking and has more options (and worries). If you have not tried it yet but like TBS games, this is a fine opportunity to start.
