Great but be mindfull of size
Had this for about a week, picture quality is excellent upscales dvd's very well and plays divx movies. Sound quality is also excellent as is cd playback. For the money it is an absolute bargain.

Just one word of caution, the unit itself stands quite tall at 200mm so you must allow space on your stand to accomodate, a lot of stands won't fit this so you'll need to shop around.

If stand space not an issue then get it, if you have a sony 40w4000/4500 is will look even better but also looks fab with my samsung 40a656.
