Saw the Kane brothers in action on Wed night 15 OCT. They were just great and had the fans in the palm of their hands. The new albums has some fabulous songs on it. The combination of new and old songs show the Kanes are still a force to be reckoned with especially for real pop fans and not just those looking for the latest bandwagon to jump on.

Open Soul Hue & Cry
I have not stopped playing this album it just get's better with every play. The is a real energy in this album. I first got to see Hue & Cry in Liverpool about 18 Years ago and recently saw them again in Manchester this Year. If you dont's get to see them live this is the next best thing. Buy it now it's fab!

An exceptional CD
I've been a fan of Hue and Cry for many, many years and I have to say this album is as good as their very best. With songs so funky that they make you grin from start to finish, beautiful ballads, stunning vocals, perfectly crafted lyrics, exquisitely performed & incredible production. The version of "Crazy in Love" is insanely enjoyable & a song called "Stumble through the dance" is incredibly moving. The special edition CD is a great package and is very good value for money. Just in case anyone is in any doubt, this is a really great album and you should definitely buy it at once.

Absolute class
An absolutely fantastic CD, up there with Stars Crash Down as one of their best albums.

Existing fans are guaranteed to love their return to jazz-pop, and here's hoping it gains them some much-deserved new fans too.

They're Back!
Hue & Cry are back to the old (pop) form with an album of great songs.

After several years away, and only a few jazz CDs before that, this is the Hue & Cry I know and love, by which I mean Seduced & Abandoned through to Showtime of 1994.

No doubt the lyrics are all about Bolivian working class oppression or rubber plants as a metaphor for Marxism or something, but the melodies and vocals are as distinctive and enjoyable as ever.

To top it all this limited edition not only has extra tracks but is signed by Pat and Greg too.

The best pop band from Coatbridge is back - rejoice!
