Hue Cry are back!
Hue Cry are back to what they're best at - pop music with a soulful twist. Some great tracks on this - fans from the 80s will not be disappointed. Pat's voice is even better than it was. Can't stop listening to it in the car. Well recommended. Only didn't get 5 stars as the book size cover it comes in cannot be stored with other CDs. However, the insights into their music which are contained therein are very interesting indeed. Well done Pat Greg!

back with a new voice~
Pat sounds amazing! new richer deeper voice! greg has gone back to basics from what they started out with for sound! love this album! flying to glasgow from the states just to see them! thanks guys! You sound great! nice to have happy rich sounds in my CD player again!

Saw the Kane brothers in action on Wed night 15 OCT. They were just great and had the fans in the palm of their hands. The new albums has some fabulous songs on it. The combination of new and old songs show the Kanes are still a force to be reckoned with especially for real pop fans and not just those looking for the latest bandwagon to jump on.

Open Soul Hue Cry
I have not stopped playing this album it just get's better with every play. The is a real energy in this album. I first got to see Hue Cry in Liverpool about 18 Years ago and recently saw them again in Manchester this Year. If you dont's get to see them live this is the next best thing. Buy it now it's fab!

An exceptional CD
I've been a fan of Hue and Cry for many, many years and I have to say this album is as good as their very best. With songs so funky that they make you grin from start to finish, beautiful ballads, stunning vocals, perfectly crafted lyrics, exquisitely performed incredible production. The version of "Crazy in Love" is insanely enjoyable a song called "Stumble through the dance" is incredibly moving. The special edition CD is a great package and is very good value for money. Just in case anyone is in any doubt, this is a really great album and you should definitely buy it at once. br / br /
