Great telly; rubbish service
Great TV and decent value. Rubbish delivery service from TJ Hughes (they expected me to take a day off!) and - only by chance - I only got the TV by picking it up myself from a depot. Pants really and I won't buy from them or Amazon again...Unless I get my £30 express delivery fee back! br /

Sony Bravia
Having used Sony products for many years and never been disappointed this television was an easy choice to make. It was a replacement for another Sony still working well after many years. The purpose was to upgrade to HD. It arrived before the HD box was due to be installed and I had no difficulty in setting it up using the old Sky box and the television on- screen instructions. The quality of the picture is excellent and now that the HD is installed I look forward to many years of great viewing.

Fantastic tv,Looks great,the standard digital picture is pretty good but running sky hd through it the high def content is awesome. Vivid colours nice deep blacks,crisp picture. I got the Sony BDPS350 Blu-ray Disc Player hooked up to it and that is breath taking combined with a dolby digital 5.1 surround sound system and WOW you got yourself a great home cinema system.The only bad point is the sound quality,its ok but if you like some decent volume then you need srs.

Looks so cool!
I am so happy with this purchase. You will not get a better TV for this price, both in terms of picture and just how it looks. My opinion was that the gloss black plastic TV's (i.e 98% of all TV's currently for sale) looked tacky and cheap- this TV is finished in a beautiful smooth matt black and its a perfect size. br / br /Its an extremely intuitive TV also- you don't have to go searching for which AV channel the dvd / Wii is on, when you switch it on, the TV simply switches for you. I have my top quality hi fi plugged in, but the built in speakers are top quality so I hardly ever use my aux.

Sony 40" TV
TV arrived on time and was easy to setup. works perfectly and picks up more channels than previous integrated freeview TV. Black matt colour ideal as silver or shiny frame can detract from viewing screen.
