Could have had a better HEAD on his shoulders !!
Pleased enough with speed my package arrived, I cannot fault the customer service, but found that the pins that hold Churchills head to his shoulders are too flimsy, the pin from the dogs head keeps coming out. Also as these nodding dogs are particularly liked by people for placing on the parcel shelf of their cars, I found this product too light - every time I turn a corner Chelsea Churchill stumbles over all the time. I feel the extra cost of making this sort of car toy heavier, would not deter people from buying them if they stayed in place. Failing that you could advice when advertising this product that people filled the innards with something like marbles, so that the dog stay studier on the parcel shelf. br / br /Other than this problem, I was happy with the speed of service, the condition of the nodding dog, and the style, and this minor hiccup would not stop me shopping with you again. I appreciate from a customers point of view, that when buying from the internet, one is not able to see these things for themselves, so its always a bit of a gamble.
